Estancia 25 de Mayo

The park of the 25 de Mayo ranch, in the gardens of the Kau Yatun Hotel, is the meeting point.

A country reception marks the beginning of this experience, while sharing a talk about the life of the pioneers. Next to the bonfire, the preparation of the old wagon coffee is shown and a snack is shared until the beginning of the sheep herding with dogs and the shearing demonstration.

In the old shed, a talk about the wool production process is shared and the afternoon ends with a walk to the deck of the Calafate Stream to enjoy a mulled wine and a tasting of confit lamb.

On the way back, we visit the organic vegetable garden, the nurseries and the first buildings of the Estancia.

**In “El Quincho” dinner is offered, a typical Patagonian lamb while enjoying a folkloric show in charge of local artists.
