Todo Glaciares

Todos Glaciares is a navigation that runs through Lake Argentino, among huge icebergs, to visit glaciers like Spegazzini and the Upsala glacier iceberg barrier.

Departing from the hotel a transfer of approximately one hour (not included), starts leading to Punta Bandera`s port where the boat sails to begin the navigation to the North Arm of Argentino Lake towards the Upsala Glacier and the Spegazzini Canal and its beautiful glacier.

The boat will stop at the Spegazzini Base where participants can descend and after a short walk overlooking the bay of “All the Glaciers”they will reach the Spegazzini shelter where they can have lunch (LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED). This iconic landing point features two trails designed for visitors to walk the Bay of Glaciers. The forest path runs three hundred meters from the landing point to the Spegazzini shelter. On the walk there are some stops to have important information about (Glaciology, History, Fauna & Flora) where the walk ends there are some viewpoints to have pictures and aprecciate the landscapes.

The trail is accessible and does not represent complexity since it is done on firm ground. Once in the Shelter visitors will be able to enjoy the gastronomy, the shop and an incredible panoramic view both from its living rooms and from the outside. From here departs the mountain path of seven hundred meters. This tour is a half-difficulty trek through a wooded road, with natural viewpoints. It finishes at the desembark area.

At the end of the lunch, the return to the Bay of Los Glaciares will be undertaken where the catamaran will be boarded again to embark and return to Punta Bandera`s Port.
